For years I was overweight and I felt super insecure. I didn’t know how to love myself. One day I was literally eating everything around me and the other day I was starving myself thinking this is the way to make it all up.

For years I was looking for the 'magic solution' which obviously doesn't exist. So one day I felt like I had to change my lifestyle because this wasn't healthy. So I began to learn a lot about nutrition, training and self love.

I discovered that there is no 'magic pill', it's about finding balance. Balance between making healthy choices and still enjoying life.

So I changed myself physically and mentally.. I lost fat, learned how to enjoy my food, started to work out and then the magic happened.

I started to love myself again!

I learned how to lift weights and still look super feminine at the same time.

So after all this I decided to work as a health coach to help other women from all around the world, because I thought.. If I can do it.. they can do it too!

And now I am here to help YOU!

The first module will be mindset and self love

The second module is about nutrition

In these video’s I will teach you how to create a healthy relationship with food and I’ll teach you how to be flexible so you know how you can still enjoy the foods you like and lose fat at the same time.

You don’t have to cut any food groups to achieve amazing results. You will know how much you can eat for your dream body goals and I will give you a list with a lot of food options so you know what you can eat.

The third module is about training

I’ll give you different workout plans and I will explain why you will train like this and why it is super effective to train this way to create the body shape you have always dreamed of!

You will lose body fat and shape your body at the same time.

This is a 12 week program - build in 3 blocks of 4 weeks so you get different workouts every 4 weeks

I will show you exactly how to do your workouts in videos. You don’t have to train for hours. 4 days a week around 45 minutes and you are done! You can do the workouts at home or at the gym whatever you prefer, if you train from home the only thing you need is a booty band and a pair of dumbbells or something else you can use as weights.

The last videos are all about how to keep your results forever. It’s time to think long term. Say bye to a yoyo effect. Say bye to short term solutions. You don’t need any supplements, or other stuff people might make you believe you need.
